As a Purchasing and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring consumer electronics products, managing supplier relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of market trends to ensure our inventory meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for consumer electronics products.

* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value.

* Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of orders.

* Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform purchasing decisions.

* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

* Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.

* Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
