Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The role will be responsible for managing the company’s client database, maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on promotions and company initiatives, and ensuring our VIP clients receive a high level of personalized service.
The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, attentive to detail, and comfortable engaging with clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Database Management
Ensure client information, preferences, contact details, and important dates are accurate and up to date.
Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention through effective database management.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive, professional, and long-term relationships with clients.
Send personalized birthday wishes and festive greetings to clients on relevant occasions.
Keep clients informed about company promotions, new products/services, events, and special offers.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
Assist in developing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or a similar role.
Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
Proactive and able to follow up independently
Good written and verbal communication skills.
