Drawing & Technical Coordination

• Verify and coordinate latest drawings (architectural, structural, consultant) and resolve discrepancies before execution.
• Check site boundaries, levels (pile cap, earth, sump), and offsets to prevent spatial disputes.
• Monitor piling parameters (hammer weight, height, offset) and manage issue resolution (broken/eccentric piles) with engineering.
• Conduct PDA tests and log reports, inspection forms, and NCRs.
• Interface with clients, architects, and engineers to carry out site works and process RFAs/remedial designs.

Site Supervision & Safety Operations

• Oversee site machinery uptime, access preparations, and site mobilization.
• Manage site housekeeping, worker overtime, and daily attendance ("Kong Kad").
• Maintain detailed site logs and track raw material stock levels to prevent work stoppages.

Progress & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Drive daily work schedules against the proposed master program and implement delay mitigation measures.
• Prepare, inspect, and present progress reports to clients and main contractors.
• Prepare RFIs, perform joint inspections with PICs, and ensure strict compliance with Method Statements.
• Oversee concrete slump/cube tests and verify all site work aligns with drawing specifications and SOPs.
