• Oversee and manage the company's daily operations.
• Plan, organize, and monitor operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, supervise, and mentor department heads and operational staff.
• Coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Administration to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce productivity.
• Establish and track departmental KPIs and operational performance.
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs to improve profitability.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer complaints related to operations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development for operational teams.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute business strategies.
• Assess operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead operational meetings and communicate business objectives to relevant departments.
• Ensure projects and operational deliverables meet customer requirements and quality expectations.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare monthly operational reports, KPI dashboards, and business performance updates for management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or Directors.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
