Kitchens are all based on Nursing Homes/ Welfare homes in Singapore
Kitchen Operating Hours: Daily from 6AM to 3PM

COMMIS 1 to 3 positions available

Part Timers working hours can be discussed
Full Timers based on 6 days shift/ week (based on Roster)

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assisting in all food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing all raw and cooked materials
• Preparing vegetables, meats and seafood or vegetarians food items
• Helping with deliveries and restocking.
• Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
• Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the Kitchen
• Inform Chef of any excess food items or product for use in daily production
• Responsible to maintain food logs
• To assist others in Chopping, Cutting, Packing, and learning Dishes from other Chefs
• Work according on food Menu specifications by the higher lever Chef ​​​​​​​
