Job Summary
Technician to support production/factory operations – fresh graduates welcome. Early joiners preferred. Willing to work in a factory environment.

Key Duties

• Support daily production equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Assist in machine setup, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities to supervisor.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (5S/7S).
• Record production data and equipment status as required.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work in a factory environment and hands-on with equipment.
• Can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Fast learner, responsible, and able to work shifts if needed.
• Able to join immediately or within short notice is preferred.
