岗位职责
Contract: 6 months
Extension is subject to vacancy and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Register patients, handle client enquiries and support laboratory administrative operations.
Assist with sample reception, document management and daily laboratory workflows.
Support billing reconciliation, price revisions and other finance-related administrative tasks.
Assist with Laboratory Information System (LIS) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
Organise and maintain electronic records and documentation in accordance with laboratory requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements
GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma qualification.
Good administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a laboratory environment and handling patient-related information.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and operational tasks accurately.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
1-hour lunch break
Within 42 hours per week
Dress Code
Shirt/blouse with pants
Proper covered shoes
No striking-coloured hair
No ear accessories for males
No dress-down Fridays (no denim pants/skirts or jeans)
Vaccination Requirements
Candidates must fulfil the following vaccination requirements:
Tdap – 10-year validity
Varicella/Chickenpox – 2 doses
MMR – 2 doses
