Job Summary
We're hiring Front of House - Dining Executives who enjoy creating great dining experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment and working closely with guests and team members.
Responsibilities
Take customer orders accurately and communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service
Assist with food service by delivering dishes promptly and clearing tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming dining area
Operate cashier duties to process payments accurately and handle transactions securely
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant to provide a pleasant environment for guests
Support various service operations by coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless dining experiences
Adapt quickly to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining high service standards
Collaborate with team members to contribute positively to the overall dining experience and restaurant operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working in fine casual dining environments
Immediate availability to join the team
Eleven Seventeen Capital is a Singapore-based hospitality group behind five distinctive dining concepts. Meadesmoore is a modern steakhouse in Telok Ayer known for its premium and lesser-known cuts of meat. Fat Belly, located at Serene Centre, is a casual steakhouse pioneering secondary cuts grilled over charcoal. In the CBD, Market Bistro offers hearty, unpretentious bistro classics in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, and also houses Elixir Coffee Stand, serving specialty brews from Blacklist Coffee Roasters.
In 2025 along leafy Evans Road, the group launched YARA - a modern Asian restaurant that draws on flavours and traditions from across the region — from charcoal-grilled meats to broths simmered for hours, paired with original cocktails crafted in-house
