Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
