Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily cleaning operations and manpower deployment.
Prepare work schedules and monitor staff attendance.
Supervise cleaning teams and ensure service quality.
Conduct site inspections and follow up on operational issues.
Liaise with clients regarding cleaning services and feedback.
Manage cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.
Prepare basic operational reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Relevant experience in cleaning operations or facilities management is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and manage operational matters.
