About You

• Experienced in hospitality, with a strong track record in service and/or bar management
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and lead by example
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Fluent in English, with a minimum Secondary School qualification
• Candidates requiring a work pass will not be considered due to quota limitations

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service and bar team
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and advise guests on menu items and promotions
• Prepare drinks with quality and consistency, assisting in bar operations
• Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with SOPs and management instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and bar areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or inquiries
• Coach and train team members to uphold service standards
