• Generate invoices for customers.
• Attend to customers' queries regarding invoicing.
• Ensure invoices are properly supported and approved before posting.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders regarding invoices and supporting documents. e.g., Purchasing Orders.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 to 6pm
