Join a premier wealth management platform to oversee end-to-end case execution and deliver seamless administrative support for high-net-worth insurance solutions.

• Manage end-to-end case administration from initial quotation through to policy issuance and ongoing post-inception service.
• Coordinate directly with private banks, trustees, insurance partners, and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and operational workflows.
• Organize medical examinations, accompany clients when required, and manage sensitive client documentation with precision.
• Maintain accurate case status reports, tracking pending applications and active policies for management and banking partners.
• Ensure total documentation accuracy and strict compliance with internal policies and financial regulatory standards.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 3 years of life insurance or case management experience within wealth management, private banking, or insurance brokerages.
• Tertiary qualification, ideally supported by professional insurance industry certifications.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing complex client cases efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
