岗位职责

  • plan, coordinate and analyse bake trials using scientific methods and analytical equipment
  • prepare and bake bread, cake and pastry samples for testing and customer evaluation
  • develop, test and scale new recipes including functional ingredients such as emulsifiers, raising agents
  • generate technical reports and presentations to communicate findings internally and externally
  • ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety
