Job Description

• Assist the Outlet Supervisor in managing daily outlet operations.
• Supervise and guide outlet staff to ensure smooth operations and good customer service.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Assist in monitoring food preparation, product quality and cleanliness of the outlet.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock checking, inventory control and monitoring of wastage.
• Ensure the outlet is properly maintained and ready for daily operations.
• Support the Supervisor in managing staff schedules and daily work assignments.
• Report operational issues and staff matters to the Outlet Supervisor/Management.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in F&B, Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in F&B, retail or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in handling or supervising a team will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
