Internship under Talent Acquisition team.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Send interview invitations and follow-up communication.
• Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements.
• Document Collection & Processing
• Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
• Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information.
• Administrative Support Update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team.
• Project &Event Support Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives.
• Support coordination of HR events.
• Participate in internal team projects as assigned.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.
