In 1994, IIA Malaysia was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee, supporting continued growth in size and influence. Today, IIA Malaysia serves more than 3,000 members across the country, providing professional support, education, and resources for internal audit practitioners.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable

2. General Ledger

3. Cash Flow Monitoring

4. Fixed Deposits Monitoring

5. Petty Cash Management

6. Fixed Assets Management

7. Schedules & breakdown of Balance Sheet Items

8. Liaise with External & Internal Auditors

9. Assist IIAM staff on the know-how of accounting software (ACCPAC)

10. Attend phone calls on queries from vendors.

11. Reconciliations

12. Other ad-hoc matters

Work Experience & Education Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 year experience in related filed is required for position. Fresh graduates also encourage to apply.

2. A degree in accounting / ACCA

3. Required skills : ACCPAC, Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel

4. Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
