Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical engineering activities for wire harness, cable assembly and box build projects.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable/harness drawings.
• Support NPI, prototype and production launch activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Procurement to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Support engineering changes, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, work instructions and project updates.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status trackers.
• Track deliverables, open action items, and milestone dates; flag risks and delays proactively
• Assist with first-article inspections, testing, and validation of new builds.
• Support PFMEA, risk assessments, and process validation activities.
• Help identify and implement continuous improvement, Lean, and quality initiatives on the production
• Support quality activities, including first-article inspection, testing and IPC/WHMA-A-620 requirements.
• Participate in customer and supplier meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions as needed.
• Assist with component and supplier technical evaluations under the guidance of the Engineering Lead.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wire harness, cable assembly, box build or electro-mechanical manufacturing.
• Able to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in NPI / prototype-to-production projects.
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620.
• Familiarity with CAD / E3 / SolidWorks Electrical / AutoCAD Electrical.
• Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
