Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible to prepare and monitor shop drawing and materials submission,
construction programme for approval by the Consultants.
- Coordinate and monitor site activities such as inspection, site measurement, and supervision of
works to comply with specification, drawings, and programs.
- To attend audit interviews and all projects meeting i.e. progress meeting, safety meeting, and
sub-contractors’ meetings.
- To support the Project Manager to prepare and update project schedule data and project status
report.
- Prepare daily report, site diary and weekly report and ensure the reports are correctly recorded.
- To support safety team by ensuring that the works complied with site HSE requirements.
- To liaise and work with relevant authorities/ subcontractors/ clients on M&E services
inspections, quality checks, testing and commissioning requirements
- Responsible to plan and lead all the M&E services inspection, quality checks, testing and
commissioning.
- Responsible to plan and co-ordinate the project for handing over to the Client operation team.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or equivalent, which is
recognised by the PE Board.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
- Must have experience in local construction industry (familiar with GM, DfMA, etc).
- Having good experience in co-ordination of building services and supervision of site operation.
- Able to work independently.
