Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across target industries and market segments.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer business challenges and collaborate with internal technical teams to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, account plans, and business development activities.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and customer meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Candidates from technology, SaaS, Internet, software, IT services, telecommunications, Cloud or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand customer business needs and recommend value-driven solutions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
