• Manage daily business operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance, and evaluate work performance to optimize team productivity
• Coordinate catering, kitchen, and delivery functions to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
• Monitor and enforce service quality, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate effectively with management, staff, suppliers, and customers to support operational goals
• Identify operational issues promptly and implement timely solutions to minimize disruptions
• Prepare and present basic operational reports and updates to management for informed decision-making
