Business Development Executive (Corporate Partnerships & Events)

AGood Clinic is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our corporate partnerships and healthcare events. You will take ownership from the first conversation through to the event, follow-up and revenue, with commission linked to your sales results.
If you come from hospitality, cabin crew, events or corporate sales, your communication and relationship-building experience could be a strong fit. Healthcare experience is welcome but not required.

What you will do:
Connect with companies and partners
- Approach corporate HR teams, business owners, insurers, schools and other potential partners through calls, emails, meetings and networking.
- Understand their needs and present relevant AGC services, including corporate healthcare packages, employee screenings, health talks and onsite programmes.
- Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups and close deals
Organise events from start to finish
- Secure opportunities for corporate health events and programmes.
- Coordinate with the client and AGC’s medical and operations teams on scheduling, logistics and event delivery.
- Attend events, manage partner communication and ensure a professional experience for participants.
Turn events into business
- Treat each event as the start of an ongoing relationship.
- Capture and track enquiries, coordinate follow-up and convert opportunities into bookings and revenue.
- Develop repeat business, referrals and longer-term corporate partnerships.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and take ownership of your sales targets.
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, aviation/cabin crew, events, account management or another client-facing role.
- B2B or corporate sales experience is an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, banking, telco, hospitality or corporate events is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Confident in making outbound calls, approaching decision-makers and conducting corporate meetings or presentations.
- Able to build strong client relationships while keeping discussions focused on the next step and closing opportunities.
- Sales-driven and comfortable working towards individual revenue targets and commission-based performance.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and events and attend one Saturday training session per month.
- Own transport and a valid driving licence are required

- A consistent calendar of corporate events that generate relevant leads.
- Timely follow-up that converts enquiries into bookings and revenue.
- Strong partner relationships that lead to repeat programmes and referrals.
- Achievement of agreed sales targets
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One Saturday/month (half-day)
- Closed on Sundays & public holidays
- 1-year contract role with potential for permanent conversion based on performance
