岗位职责

Oversee and supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site activities.
Ensure construction works are completed according to the project schedule and quality standards.
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and relevant project documentation.
Monitor work progress and report delays, defects or site issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper housekeeping and a safe working environment at the construction site.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties when required.
Assist in managing project costs, materials and variation works where necessary.
