Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support daily operations across the assigned department
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams, guests, owners, suppliers, and external parties
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure matters are completed properly
• Maintain accurate records, reports, trackers, and operational updates
• Handle real business situations with guidance from supervisors and management
• Support ad-hoc projects, property visits, site inspections, and operational matters when required
• Take part in performance reviews, training, and improvement projects during the programme

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks until completion
• Comfortable with service industry working arrangements, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled
• Willing to travel to different properties when required
• Candidates with internship, part-time, hospitality, customer service, admin, marketing, or property-related experience are welcome

Working Arrangement:

• 6 working days per week
• 1 weekday off per week
• Working hours: subject to team (not more than 48 hours per week)
• Weekend and public holiday work is compulsory in the service industry when scheduled
• Replacement leave will be provided for public holiday work
• Some roles may require property visits, site support, or urgent operational follow-up

You will not only observe the business. You will be involved in real operations, real guest matters, real projects, and real team coordination. This programme is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn, willing to take responsibility, and ready to grow into future Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, or Manager roles.

What You Will Learn

As a Management Trainee, you may be placed in one of the following teams based on your interest, ability, and company needs:

1. Admin, Finance & People Support
   Assist with OTA listing updates, company records, reports, documents, basic finance records, payment tracking, HR support, and internal coordination.
2. Guest Support
   Handle guest enquiries through OTA inbox, WhatsApp, WeChat, phone calls, and other channels. Support guests before check-in, during their stay, and after check-out.
3. Building Operations
   Support on-ground property operations, unit inspections, housekeeping coordination, maintenance follow-up, guest issues, access matters, and property condition checks.
4. Business Operations & Executive Support
   Assist the GM / Directors with daily business matters, meetings, documents, follow-ups, coordination, project execution, and confidential management-related tasks.
5. Marketing, Branding & Communications
   Support social media content planning, content shooting, video editing, copywriting, campaigns, KOL collaboration, branding, and marketing performance tracking.
6. Revenue Management & OTA Strategy
   Assist with pricing, availability, promotions, competitor research, OTA performance, booking conversion, and property revenue improvement.
7. Owner Relations & Business Development
   Support owner communication, business proposals, lead follow-up, property onboarding, owner relationship management, and business development activities.
8. Project, Renovation & Property Setup
   Assist with renovation coordination, new unit setup, supplier follow-up, quotation comparison, defect checking, inventory preparation, and unit launch.
