Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Clear and reset tables and maintain cleanliness of the lounge.
Attend to guest requests and enquiries.
Assist with food and beverage replenishment.
Handle basic cashiering or order-taking duties where required.
Maintain service, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Perform other service duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements
Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work well in a team.
Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required food service training will be arranged where applicable.
Working Days:
6-day work week, based on roster
