Pitti Caffe Asia Pte Ltd is a leading provider of premium beverage solutions in Singapore, offering sustainable, high-quality coffee machines, roasted beans and Veloci premium beverage mixes. Since 2012, we have served over 1000 clients from small offices to large corporates.
Job Summary
Perform technical servicing, installation, and maintenance of beverage machines while supporting sales activities through demos and workshops to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, service, repair, and install a range of beverage machines to maintain operational efficiency
Perform periodic on-site inspection and calibration of machines to ensure accuracy and reliability
Assist with in-house machine reconditioning and delivery to maintain product quality
Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing of coffee machines both on-site and off-site to reduce downtime
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team environment
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles
Maintain physical fitness to perform manual tasks related to machine servicing and installation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in the coffee industry to enhance technical knowledge and customer interaction
Possession of a motorcycle license to support flexible transportation needs
