Property Development / Construction

We are seeking a competent and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing property development team in Sabah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring construction works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and according to the required quality standards.

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers and site activities.

• Monitor construction progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

• Inspect workmanship and ensure the required quality standards are maintained.

• Monitor site materials, manpower and equipment.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant parties to resolve site issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements.

• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports.

• Identify and report construction issues, delays and defects to the Project Manager / Project Director.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

• Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience.

• Experience in property development, residential or commercial construction will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings and site coordination.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, proactive and able to work independently.

• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Willing to work at construction sites.

• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
