Job Summary

We are seeking an Admin professional to join XIN ZEXIN ELECTRIC PET LTD in a full-time role based in Tuas West Region. You will provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth business operations and help achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents to support business functions
• Coordinate shipments by preparing quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and tracking action items through to completion
• Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate clear and timely communication
• Process administrative requests and support daily office operations to maintain workflow efficiency
• Assist sales coordination, delivery arrangements, and project management activities to support operational goals
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to enhance team productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
