Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMO & QA Assurance Lead to drive project governance, QA assurance, testing delivery, compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise technology and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance, project planning, scheduling, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Define and implement QA strategies, testing governance, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, Automation, and Release Testing.
• Drive AI-powered test automation using Qualitia Boson and CI/CD practices.
• Manage SOx compliance (ITGC, ITAC, BPC, PD Controls), cybersecurity, data privacy, and third-party risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, control testing, evidence collection, remediation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, audit, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in PMO, QA Assurance, Testing, Compliance, and Project Governance.
• Hands-on experience with Qualitia Boson (AI Native Test Automation Platform) .
• Strong experience in QA governance, test management, automation, and release management.
• Proven experience managing SOx compliance (ITGC, ITAC, BPC, PD Controls).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, cybersecurity, data privacy, risk management, and audit processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualitia Boson, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jenkins, CI/CD, Salesforce, ERP applications.

Preferred Certifications

Qualitia Boson, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or equivalent.
