Customer Inquiry Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, accurately checking and confirming stock availability in a timely manner.

Order Processing & Price Verification: Process customer orders by double-checking current item pricing and ensuring accurate prices are communicated to the customer.

Warehouse Requisitions: Initiate and manage stock requisition requests from the warehouse immediately upon receiving confirmed customer orders.

Quality Control & Stock Receiving: Receive incoming stock from the warehouse. Strictly verify that the physical items and serial numbers match the requisition paperwork. Facilitate the return of any mismatched or incorrect items back to the warehouse.

Payment Verification: Ensure full and final payment is received and verified for all orders before releasing any items to the customer.

Delivery Coordination: Arrange third-party delivery services (e.g., Lalamove) for customer orders and ensure all delivery fees are accurately calculated and charged to the customer.
