Clients Relations Manager / Assistant Manager

Join us and be part of the Client Relationship team.

You will be managing a portfolio of corporate clients, maintaining high retention rates, and ensuring service excellence. This role also involves relationship-building to support new business opportunities and requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from clients through proactive relationship management and service delivery.
• Attend and support meetings with clients and engagement sessions.
• Scheduling and facilitating meetings
• Driving actionable follow-ups and relationship strengthening
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely service recovery.
• Support relationship management for new business opportunities, including pre-sales engagement and onboarding of new clients.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and actively identify upsell and referral opportunities.
• Assist to prepare client documentation including quotations, service agreements, and renewal packages.
• Support audit and due diligence processes initiated by clients, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to clients.
• Generate and deliver monthly and ad-hoc reports for clients.
• Provide general administrative support such as document sorting, filing, and data entry.
• Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing preferably in healthcare sector.
• Strong ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment and adapting to evolving client and changing needs.

Bethesda Medical Centre is a multi-doctor comprehensive Medical Clinic and Health Screening Centre in Suntec City, with better equipped facilities to provide comprehensive care in a convenient location. We have provisions to handle laboratory services, diagnostic s-rays, ultrasounds, mammogram, hearing & eye assessment, lung function & cardiac evaluation, bone sonometry assessment, sleep polysomnography studies, physiotherapy, nurse practitioner and diet counselling services. In addition we house a large pharmacy with a wide range of medicine and have been providing primary care and occupational health services in the community. Bethesda also manages a Ministry of Manpower Regional Medical Centre @ 47 Gul Circle , testings and medical examinations at Migrant Worker Onboarding Centres (MWOC @ Sengkang, MWOC @ CCK, MWOC @ Tengah) , HQuick Test Centre at Suntec City , various offsites tesing facilities at SHN hotels.
