Job Summary:

Finance Executive to manage daily financial and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical and analytical skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor collections, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Assist with payroll and other finance-related administrative matters.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, banks, and other relevant parties when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Assist with audit, tax, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
