Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Delivery: Lead full lifecycle construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

• Site & Construction Management: Monitor daily site operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure strict compliance with engineering drawings and safety regulations.

• Cost & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, handle variation orders, and proactively identify and mitigate site risks and potential delays.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant regulatory authorities.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and ensure adherence to local building codes and statutory requirements.

Requirements (Experience-Focused)

• Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, site supervision, or contract administration.

• Proven Track Record: Successfully managed and completed commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects from ground-up to handover.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, structural details, cost management, and local building regulations.

• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD or standard site management software.
