• Execute and enhance first-line risk management governance to ensure business practices align with regulatory frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders and operational teams to refine control processes and foster a strong risk culture.
• Provide strategic advisory on internal guidelines, anti-money laundering policies, cross-border regulations, and suitability standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and control reviews to identify potential exposure and deliver actionable mitigation plans.
• Direct business-led risk initiatives, audit remediation programs, and governance forums to uphold internal control standards.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Law, or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business risk management or governance within a private banking environment.

• Deep technical understanding of wealth management products, front-office operations, and regulatory expectations.

• Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate complex data sets and translate findings into strategic solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of managing multi-faceted priorities.
