digiDations is a Singapore-based AI-native cybersecurity company building Autonomous Cyber Defense to help organizations replace security assumptions with measurable confidence.
About the Role
We're looking for an Accounts Executive to keep our day-to-day finance running smoothly as we grow. This role covers GL, AR/AP, and payment processing, with some support on tax compliance. As a fast-moving startup, we're looking for someone who stays focused on their core accounting work, adapts well to a startup environment, takes a conscientious and responsible approach to their work, and brings strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Help keep us compliant with Singapore GST and tax filing, working alongside our external tax agents and auditors.
Keep the GL accurate: journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end financial statements.
Own the AR process end to end: invoicing customers, chasing collections, and reconciling accounts.
Follow up on overdue payments and handle customer questions about their accounts.
Run periodic AR aging analysis and assess bad debt and provisions.
Manage AP: verify invoices, work with vendors, and process payments via bank transfer or GIRO.
Keep expenses accurately recorded and resolve any discrepancies quickly.
Support ad-hoc finance tasks as the company grows.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Some familiarity with Singapore GST and tax filing. You don't need to be an expert, just willing to learn on the job.
Comfortable with accounting software (Xero）and strong in Excel.
Sharp eye for detail and solid analytical skills.
Good communicator. You'll work with our team, plus auditors, agents, vendors.
Comfortable in a startup environment and open to learning new things as the role evolves.
