Established in 2022, OUR STAY specializes in property management (vacation home management, short-term rental optimization, and Airbnb hospitality services), and also provides cleaning and renovation service. OUR STAY combines modern property management with exceptional guest care.

Position Overview:
Job title: Sales Executive (Co-host for Homestay)
Location: Southkey, Johor Bahru, Johor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM3,000 – RM8,000(Basic Salary + Commission)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new homestay / property management units.
• Approach property owners and introduce our homestay management services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and property agents.
• Develop and maintain a network of property agents to generate new business leads.
• Present and negotiate suitable collaboration packages with property owners.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into new business.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new properties.
• Follow up on owner and agent enquiries and requests.
• Assist with basic homestay operations when required.
• Achieve monthly sales and new-unit acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Preferably sales experience in property, homestay, hotel, hospitality or equivalent industry.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, confident and target-oriented.
• Able to independently develop new clients and close deals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with property owners and property agents.
• Must possess own transportation & willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
