We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Engineer to join our Chemical Department. The successful candidate will support customer account management, business development, service coordination, and operational activities across Kurita Singapore’s assigned territories. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness and hands-on customer engagement in the water treatment and specialty chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

·        Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.

·        Provide technical and commercial support for water treatment and specialty chemical applications.

·        Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

·        Support daily operational and administrative activities required by the business group.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations.

·        Perform additional sales, service, and operational duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

·        Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.

·        Experience in water treatment, specialty chemicals, refinery, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors will be advantageous.
·        Willingness to travel to customer sites and remote locations within Kurita Singapore’s assigned territories when required.

·        Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders professionally.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Work space, and remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
