Job Summary

Perform customer service and export documentation tasks to ensure smooth, timely cargo transactions.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate ocean export documentation to support timely cargo shipments

Coordinate container trucking schedules with shippers and haulier controllers to ensure efficient cargo movement

Declare customs permits to comply with regulatory requirements (optional task)

Create simple sales quotations via email to support customer inquiries when necessary

Communicate effectively in Mandarin via WeChat with China business partners to facilitate coordination and information exchange
