5.5-Day work week. 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of WSH management systems in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Identify workplace hazards, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation of control measures.
Facilitate toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation such as RA, incident reports, inspection records, and safety training logs.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and authorities on all safety matters.
Monitor site activities to ensure ongoing compliance and enforce safe work procedures.
Support internal and external audits and ensure readiness at all times.
Requirements:
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) is mandatory.
Attended WSH Coordinator Refresher Training Course (Within 2-years validity)
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a WSH Coordinator role.
Solid knowledge of Risk Assessment (RA) principles and practical application.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate punctuality, good attendance, and a strong commitment to the agreed contractual working hours. Applicants who are unable to fully commit to the stated working hours due to other obligations are advised not to apply.
