Job Scope:

Assign cleaning tasks.

Create staffing schedules.

Carry out manpower planning and deployment.

Provide orientation and training for new staff.

Offer high-quality customer service to clients.

Manage the inventory and order supplies.

Issue supplies and equipment to staff.

Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals.

Perform cleaning duties.

Perform services as required by clients.

Prepare reports and share them with management.

Establish standards and procedures for work.

Attend staff meetings to discuss policies.

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Recommend service improvements to the management.

Handle complaints from customer.

For staff with valid Class 3 Driving License, a company vehicle may be issued for operational use.

Driving staff to comply with company driving conduct and am liable for traffic offences and accidents.

Requirement:

Physically fit, able to carry out prolonged standing and carry load

Diploma and above

Strong in Microsoft Excel

Experience working in a cleaning company preferred

Class 3 Driving License preferred

Able to work rotating shifts on a 6 days rostered work week
