- Making improvement to the running of the business
- Deliver quality products and services to meet the expectation of customers.
- Take responsibility for the sales performance
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels and serving correct portion to ensure GP meets target
- Plan and execute manpower scheduling to ensure meeting productivity and salary budget.
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff.
