About the Roles

Join a manufacturing and production company as a Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant based in Woodlands. This permanent role offers regular Monday to Friday working hours, 9am to 6pm, with a salary package comprising Basic + $100 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive, unpack, and update records for incoming raw materials and goods.
• Store, label, and maintain proper documentation for materials and finished products.
• Replenish raw materials for production using the Kanban system.
• Pack finished goods from production and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Coordinate with the Sales department to support timely shipment arrangements.
• Perform cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report material discrepancies or faulty items to the Team Leader or Purchasing team.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace in line with 5S standards.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the superior.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum O-Level or relevant qualification.
• Prior experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP and material management is an advantage.
