岗位职责

Administrative Duties

  • Check for applicant’s eligibility and subsidy level for Senior Mobility Fund (SMF) through means testing portal or AIC eSMF portal.
  • Assist with completing SMF application via the AIC eSMF portal.
  • Proceed with placing order for equipment with vendor and liaise delivery details with patient or next of kin.
  • Forward approved application details to finance department for payment.
  • Inform vendor, finance department and withdraw application from portal.
  • Assist with amending/updating incorrect bio-data.
  • Update eSMF application statistics on internal excel sheet for tracking purpose.
  • Compile and submit quarterly SMF claims to HOD and finance department for necessary processing.
  • Update rehab department on any change in processes related to SMF application process and other associated information.
  • Provide administrative support during centre-based service audits as necessary.
  • Respond to phone calls and attend to general enquiries.
  • Communication should reflect consideration of socio-cultural values of the patient, family and significant others.
  • To maintain absolute confidentiality in matters pertaining to the organization/ departmental/clients.
  • Participates in staff meetings and hospital initiatives.
  • To be actively involved in organization and department initiatives e.g. quality services and projects, mass casualty, department assistant fire warden.
  • Provide training and guidance to new admin staff in the department.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned by reporting officer.

Heath and Safety

  • To know and implement the Health and Safety regulations in Ren Ci Hospital. To work safely at all times, and to actively participate in health and safety programs.
  • To attend course on Fire Safety as required by the organization.
  • To report all accidents or potential hazards to the reporting officer.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administration) or equivalent
  • Experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and other computer skills.
  • Able to multi task, organise self well and work in a fast-paced environment.
