Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, challenges, and operational needs.
• Design and recommend process enhancement initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support business solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop user documentation, and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and project teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and knowledge repositories.
• Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Min. 2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or transformation projects is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying Agile delivery methodologies.
