Hiring: Security Lead (IAM / PAM) | Malaysia | Hybrid

We are hiring an experienced Security Lead to drive cybersecurity initiatives focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security transformation initiatives and action plans.
• Drive PAM operational governance and support security compliance programs.
• Manage regulatory and Quality of Service (QoS) initiatives related to security products.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify security gaps, and recommend appropriate controls.
• Manage end-to-end security projects using established project management methodologies.
• Maintain and update security documentation, processes, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to deliver security objectives.
• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Work within Agile or product-oriented delivery environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong understanding of security governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience delivering security projects in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience applying project management methodologies to security initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Preferred Profile

• Proven expertise in IAM/PAM technologies and security operations.
• Ability to balance technical, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in complex, multinational enterprise environments.
