To provide a full range of confidential administrative duties to the Head Section and oversees the day-to-day operations and improvement of the Human Resource Section.
- Assists with the carrying out of an office-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Execute administration work including preparation or paper, internal memorandum, and report.
- Represent the unit/section in any meeting and function related.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Carry out any task that is related or not related to Human Resources but other than the described task.
- Maintaining filing systems. Performs record keeping and clerical functions (e.g., scheduling, copying, faxing, filing, collating, data entry, calculating, verifying, etc.)
- Ensuring working progress as targeted.
- Answers telephone for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries, and/or taking messages.
- To maintain a good atmosphere/environment within the office.
- To maintain regularities and discipline.
- Attends meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of gathering information required to perform functions.
- Use discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resource Section

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or a similar position.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
