岗位职责

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage project scope and deliverables, including preparation of business case, requirements, user stories, presentations, and related project documentation to support effective execution and governance.
  • Support project portfolio planning and delivery tracking, including prioritization, progress monitoring, risk and issue management, and reporting to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage project implementation and rollout, coordinating process optimization and digital enablement initiatives to ensure delivery outcomes align with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead project stakeholder management, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage UAT activities, including test planning, defect tracking, stakeholder coordination, and readiness sign‑off to support successful go‑live.
  • Manage project governance and change control, including maintaining project plans, logs, and status reporting; supporting decision forums; and managing scope changes to ensure alignment with agreed objectives and approvals.
