We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dining restaurant and catering operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations while supporting private events, corporate functions, and off-site catering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage restaurant and catering teams, including training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain exceptional fine dining service standards and attention to detail.
• Coordinate catering events from planning through execution, including staffing, logistics, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth food and beverage operations.
• Monitor sales, labour costs, inventory, purchasing, and operating expenses.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and event partners.
• Develop and implement procedures that improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
• Lead by example and foster a professional, positive, and high-performing team culture.
