Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to support product development, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Design, Assembly, Wafer Fabrication, Test Engineering, and Quality teams to improve product quality, manufacturing yield, and operational efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, manufacturing yield, and cycle time.
• Analyze production and test data to identify yield detractors and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to meet operational targets.
• Provide daily manufacturing support, including lot disposition and excursion management.
• Lead root cause investigations for yield, quality, and reliability issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and minimize manufacturing disruptions.
• Coordinate test program releases and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Support characterization, correlation studies, and test optimization initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing, quality, and reliability data using statistical tools.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, or related fields.
• Understanding of yield enhancement and root cause analysis methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in statistical data analysis and problem-solving tools. Knowledge of JMP, Python, SQL, or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
