After Sales Engineer（cloud）

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site product trial guidance and training, solve technical issues, and act as a technical liaison between customers and the company.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales solutions and post-sales technical support. Prepare project proposals, bids, and technical documentation.
• Gather and relay client and market needs to product and R&D teams.
• Participate in marketing events and technical exchanges with partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT/Internet companies.
• Familiar with mainstream cloud computing technologies; experience in post-sales, R&D, or O&M of medium-to-large projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for cloud native, DevOps, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
